Return Policy

We do not accept returns for PureTrace Supplements products once they have been shipped. However, if your product arrives damaged (e.g., ripped, broken, or torn open), we're happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at contact@puretraceusa.com to arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items.

* Returns are processed at a separate facility. Please do not send returns to our registered business address. To initiate a return and receive specific instructions, please contact us at contact@puretraceusa.com.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once you receive an email with a tracking number, your order can't be canceled.


Refunds

Full refunds are only issued for PureTrace Supplements orders that arrive with damaged packaging or if the order is canceled before shipment. For any refund inquiries, please reach out to contact@puretraceusa.com.


Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Typical delivery times for domestic orders range from 5-7 days. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us because of invalid details, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
