Thank you for visiting and shopping at PureTrace Supplements. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard Domestic Shipping (United States Only): Depending on your distance from our warehouse, cost ranges between $5.00 and $12.00. Exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days.
* Faster Options Available: Expedited services such as Priority Mail (2-3 business days), Priority Mail Express (1-3 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air are available for an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Destinations We currently offer shipping only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. No global shipping is available at this time. Stay tuned for future international options!
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages We will refund or replace products that arrive damaged (e.g., ripped, broken, or torn open). To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must keep the damaged goods and send clear images to contact@puretraceusa.com within 48 hours of delivery. Without proof of damage, you will not qualify for a refund or replacement. Please do not send damaged returns to our registered business address; contact us for specific instructions.
6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages If an incorrect address or other erroneous information is provided, causing the package to be undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.
